Did you ever see anyone with a yo-yo knock the crap out of the bag with Right hands and Left Hooks Elbows and Upper Cuts ? ? ?

Big Wig, those some good punches thrown at the end of the night, along with that yo- yo stuff you took note of... By the way that YO - YO stuff, sharpens the eye because if my work ain't sharp that bag bounces bad...

hey i have a question about the swivel you use. i notice the fancy pivoting and swinging one you have. the one i have is just a ball that goes all over the place. would it be alot more beneficial to invest in one of those better swivels? its hard as hell to really get the bag going with the ball one because the slightest hand movement can throw it way outta place

Your question, about the swivel .. The swivel in this video belongs to Don King and was used by Mike Tyson.. I used their equipment when I was @ their Gym.

I rather use the Ball and hook swivel..

It was filmed at my Gym, and I use the Ball and Hook ...

All swivels should move with a little touch.

The Ball and Hook is the cheapest and best Swivel.

The people at this TRAINING CAMP were not only very talented, they were positive and fun to be with.. My friend Kenny Weldon, has Boxing Training video on the You tube... Kenny has trained many world Champions including Evander Holyfield..

Hey Paul D', really awesome work with the speed bag. I like how you guys used the cylindrical foam tubes for pads with roberto.

I've never seen that used like that before.

We call them Morgan Pads after

Colin Morgan the Trainer working with Roberto Benitez... He is a resident trainer with Don King Productions (he is good)

Quite a few of the other trainers that have seen his workouts, have since started utilizing these Pads...

Colin's elbows and shoulders are getting worn out working with so many hard punchers, so he came up with this... The thing about them is the Boxers like them ! ! !

I travel a little with the Boxing, mostly east coast, but you never know.

Don King is getting older, and he has another Training Camp in South Florida and he spends much more time there now, so the camp in Ohio is not used as much anymore.... The Camp is on a valuable property... Its a great Camp with everthing a Champion would need ... Maybe DeLahoya will buy it, he has enough $ $ $

Thank you for the best wishes of Luck to all... About the closeing of the camp first , Its not a done deal yet, just that they are not using near as much as when Tyson was here.. In my reply to MAGICPICK76, I give a few more thoughts, but nothing is sure... I only know for me its a loss, because we had such a good and successful time there.
