This is only 4 bedrooms and 100m? That is A$2.35m! My home here are worth A$800, 5 bedrooms + the big lawn, pool and garden but look much better than that! For that price which is about $2.4 million canadian, I can buy a nice big house in my neighborhood where I live in now on Bayview and Sheppard avenues. The homes in my neighborhood are around $800,000 for a modest older house to over $25 million dollars for big mansions sometimes as big as a small mall in manila. A lot of celebrities and big shots live here. Stanley Ho's daughter has a $5 million dollar house near where I live now.

For that same price over here ($2.4 million) I could get a much nicer house here. Have you watched "Cribs" on Television? Some hockey players here have homes in my neighborhood and the houses they have are really worth $2.4 million. That house in DASMA is shit. Yes, it's an upscale neighborhood but my neighborhood is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods here in Toronto.

@Joraya The land may be what's costing a lot over there but that house and it's construction and the materials used is poor quality. The bathroom alone is cheap looking. Go check out the homes here and washrooms and kitchens look like what you see in Cribs or homes of the Rich and Famous. Im not kidding. The constructions of homes here is done by master builders. The home contractors take pride in their work and they show their master skills by building the best homes with the best quality here

with the same amount of money one can buy a huge soemtimes even palatial home in Arizona for example (Tucson) or even in Florida.. this house is nothing compared to the ones offered there
