Its an alternating C-F-C-F chord progression and at the chord play the F chord one extra bar before going up to G. I'll figure out the other parts to this song if you want but just do that for now, This song has the same progression as dollar bill from screaming trees xD

Just download Youtube downloader and an FLV player and you can listen to them offline and have them on your computer. And even then, you can get a media converter and change them from FLV to MP3 and put them on an Mp3 player or an ipod :)

This song was used in episode 4 of the first series of Life on Mars. Its played when the Sam learns that the young girl he's befriended has been murdered by a local gangster. It's an inspired use of music as its a beautiful scene set to a truely beautiful song. The highlight of a great TV series.

This has to be one the best songs ever. I bought the soundtrack a few weeks ago and cant stop listening to this song. His voice is amazing, on par with paul rodgers from Free! This song was well used in series one!
