But Sam acccording to the research that has been done exercise does not help us to lose weight. Neither does dieting. Whether someone is overweight or not depends entirely on on sensitivity to the fattening effects of carbohydrates. I would highly recommend reading through the book, unfortunately it is not in Japanese yet that I know of, but the english ebook can be found pretty easily.
