    LG

  • Very accepting beardies, interesting...

  • Yes, they're very gentle and confiding. I love them!

    Thanks for your comment!

    Cheers ;)

  • mine doesnt like greens either hes 4 months

  • but they need it. the literature says, that they should have green and animals in proportion of 60%/40%. try it with fruit mush as piivi said. maybe that works. but you have to try everything. be creative!

  • well he made it a point he doesnt like zuccinie he went #2 on it

  • If your beardie doesn't like hard vegetables then try it with much softer greens like field salad, dandelion, clover or something which akin to that in texture. at the beginning our babies didn't like green that much as well, but if they don't get something else for a while, they will learn to eat it.

btw: Many greetings to the States ;)

  • how do you get them to eat greens? mine refuses it

  • how old are they?

we got ours when they ate green already.. try it with feed animals and salad at the same time, maybe they adjust to it then.. try it with tweezers.

  • Do you give any kind of fruit mush to these guys? I mean those what you usually give to a baby. 8) I don't know how you call it but in Finland it's piltti.

  • hi piivi,

we didn't give them any fruit mush, i think it's possible but not necessary. Those animals aren't mammals so we can't compare them with humans.

they ate normal salad from the beginning on and they had no problems with it.

i am not sure whether fruit mush is good or not because we have no experience with it.

after your comment i read that some people feed it to them, but mostly when the animals are ill and they have to do a force-feed.

    many greetings
