there is cartilage in your throat that makes the vocal tone and when you stress it like he didit sounded fuckin cool as shit but eventually it gets used to the stress, hardens and becomes more like bone. You hear his voice now and its the same notes if not higher ones but sounds dry and solid like a whistle. Not scratchy and rough like it used to.

i'm sorry this doesn't look like cbs to me at all, granted i didn't go into the place until some 15 or so years later, as i was 2 in 1987, but the back drop of the stage doesn't look right at all to me. either way, cbs is closed, the mecca that was is now a john varvatos store (dont even get me started on that one). at least i got to go to shows in the joint, it truly was something else. such a sh*t hole yet so many solid memories
