They changed the format of these cars permanently when they found they couldn't find anybody silly enough to sit behind a thousand pounds of hot angry steel spewing out exorbitant amounts of horsepower.

Ah if it wasnt for that reat spoiler they wouldnt be able to reach the speeds they do and would also be very loose to drive which would cause them to crash more. Like all pieces of machinery, the chassis was worn out and eventually failed. Much like other similar accidents over the years

i was at that race.
