Hi Ive got a pmp to but my pmp dont works anymore I press the on button and just the logo light your life go on, I cant open anything, I just see the logo

I have a problem. The FRM Pro says "No device detected" when i click "Detect Blk size" as well as when clicking the ISP button. I am able to see the device in file manager and I am able to copy files to the device, etc. What should I do ?
my prob is when i plug it on pc just a new hardware intall then he need the small cd so i put it then .,,intall when finised intall it say done 'usb device' detected but when i open my computer i cant see the mp5..?!!
nice!! the combination for max v8 is up button and the frm pro isnt a transcoding tool.?? i have a small cd i get it from the where i buy the mp6 its has intall inside named.,,multimedia trans. tool isnt like frm too.?
