First off, thank you Mr. Kesting for all the wonderful instructionals! You have a lot of quality techniques and insight on grappling that you have made available and should be commended for that.
I have one question (and this may be covered in the High Percentage Leglocks dvds which I have not yet purchased). At ~3:30 of the video you pass your partners leg from the right side of your body to the left, could you attack with the cross ankle lock from that position instead or is it a bad angle?
i wanna see stephan and fedor roll (no ground and pound obviously).. both are very technical and it would make for a good show.. good job with all your vids btw
What happens if he lands on/sits on the back of you're heel when the ball of you're foot is posted? That always stopped me from doing this for fear of breaking my toes.
No, this escape would destroy your knee if you tried it against a heel hook. Heel hook escapes are different, and most of them involve spinning your body (but make sure that you spin the right way!)
Wow, leg locks seem so high percentage and deadly I wish I could train them.

@StephanKesting Yeah, PLEASE spin the right way. Trust me, you'll only make the mistake of spinning the wrong way once.

@cpnkd7 since I don't want to make that mistake, it's With the pressure, right?

@TheGilzam
Yeah, your knee stays put and you try to exorcist your body in a 360 ...something is going to blow!
