Biryani has no coconut milk, but many indian curries do. I got the recipe for bukhari rice on youtube. It mentions evaporated milk.

@Britcenturion Same thing, except that Arabs use evaporated milk instead of coconut milk, and they add screwpine (pandan) leaf and mint leaves. But it's an indian curry.
