if you've ever taken a Biology class, you'd know that the viruses don't "evolve".

Here's what really happens:

there are a few viruses that are naturally immune to the anti-virus. They live while others are killed. They begin to reproduce, and eventually, there will be more resistant viral bacteria than non-resistant, meaning the shot won't kill them.

You have to make a new shot with new stuff to get rid of those.
