@hl2izawsum It did, but you could only use them at specific points, and the controls were awkward, to say the least. Red Steel 2 made both guns and swords usable at any time, allowing for the player to have more diversity when fighting.

It's best to use a sword because it's silent and effective because sure a gun can kill but it usually takes more than one bullet to kill a person unless you get headshots every fucking time and you end up letting every one know where the fuck you are. with a sword there is barely any noise and its just as effective

I've got that game, and when I use a sword those enemies are screwed in seconds. With a gun, I gotta reload, reload, and reload, and thats even if I hit my target every shot. A sword doesn't need to be reloaded every few seconds and wastes all your cash and time buying and finding ammo. Swords For The Fucking Win.
