Obama has only expanded an already large government from which people expect a lot. Therefore, people should not complain about big government failing to fulfill its promises.
The solution to this is to reduce the size of government, so as to reduce our dependence on its programs. This way, if government fails, we don't go down with it.

I've seen so many a BAD (Bad because stupid, moronic, insane, asinine... ad infinitum, don't fit into the word bad) videos about Obahma from the right and increasingly from the left, that I was beginning to lose faith in any sort of sense. Thank you for your clear thoughts, in the absence of realization, that the policies of the previous administration had major effects to the entire globe. No single person could possibly correct this overnight.

@BeatManSpank I don't mind. When government becomes large and takes on many responsibilities, then people grow to expect government to fulfill these functions. Obama has only expanded an already large government from which people expect a lot. Therefore, people should not complain about big government failing to fulfill its promises.
The solution to this is to reduce the size of government, so as to reduce our dependence on its programs. This way, if government fails, we don't go down with it.

Obama would be fine if he hadn't made campaign promises he couldn't or wouldn't keep and hadn't hyped up the public with inspiring rhetoric about how he was going to change the way Washington politics is done. If Obama had been more humble and moderate like Bill Clinton, then maybe Obama wouldn't seem so bad.
