2nd man:"But why? It is very important, if people really go wild, then you cannot hold anymore and it is a real situation. I - I really think - and he thinks it too [indicates the horse] - that I have to keep standing here and keep this post. Because if the race once gets critical then it can be very dangerous..."
and because I of all people have a certain hight, they put me here to really keep this post. And I am keen to keep this post."
Man with hat (he speaks with strong accent and keeps repeating a few lines): "They have to go! Out with you, out! They really have to go! No, no, no..."
2nd man: "Um, I'm standing here at upper disposition becauses this place is one of the most important places generally during races and that's why we build this fences here; because this fences are actually the very most important thing here; sometimes there is such enthusiasm causing people to jump over the fences and the fences need to be kept because the horses are only human, too. And horses of all people can become very nervous;
OK, I try to translate it to the best of my abilities:
1st man: "You see me standing here; I'm here voluntarily, without unbeknown to the race management. I'd like to protect the horses from fanatics. Actually, my hands look little suitable for that, but, [out-and-out has to go and it will just work]"
Basically the animals are to be protected from fanatics, in this case an old bavarian guy with a strong local dialect. The people who protect the animals resemble the back then modern voice of maybe the hippie- or peace movement and the old guy resembles the konservative nazi voice of the nation.
The statements are kind of comically hopeless cliche gibberish.
Everything! Especially art, Hitler banned all modern art, his archictural tastes were very conservative and traditional. If you mean in the economic sense, the Nazis were definately conservative, they only started out as "national socialists" to get the support of the normal working Germans and to prevent them from being taken in by the Communists. The Nazis had no problem with private enterprise just so long as it didn't stop the Nazi agenda or was part of a 'Jewish' conspiracy.
Everything about Nazism was conservative? What is "conservatism"? What did it mean to be conservative in Germany in the early decades of the 20th century?
It doesn't matter what it meant to be conservative in the early 20th Century of Germany, i'm viewing it from today's perspective. Conservatism overall would be the school of thought surrounding ideas of conserving cultural traditions, the old order in general, this usually manifests itself in the form of maintaining an old hierarchical system such as that found in Nazi Germany. In fact, the ideas driving the Nazis were so conservative, they tried rebuilding what was basically Prussia

for the non-german viewers -

Well, I could have described it better though...
All in all, nothing to get too exited about.

@JohnMerrick93 You are a colossal ignoramous if you believe that Hitler and his cronies believed in preserving the Old Order.
