I've always wanted to get into Parkour but Sacramento doesn't really have much to offer. If any one know great places let me know! Also I've noticed there is a difference when I watch videos made in Europe and in the US. Europe's a little more graceful and cat like movement. and here in the US it appears more extreme, and less about landing and technique. I enjoy Europe's much better!
