@trentben0 The Dreamcast was SEGA's final console. It was the original home of Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2. It was the First Console to go online, and had many other creative new features. However, people found out how to pirate the games so profits greatly decreased and SEGA had to become a third party developer.

@corjoth Well, most video game systems will overheat if you play them too long or if you play on carpet. "melted disks" sounds like a bit of an exaggeration, I would guess that a damaged disc would be due to it being pirated and burned weirdly to where the system has trouble reading it..
