  • Where can i watch this online or is it only on DVD. Somebody reply!!!

  • RIP scotty

    FUCK YOU SHREK

  • are there any other workout videos online of scott's

  • I used Scott's Navy Seal videos to prepare for U.S. Army Airborne school. I bricked them with a fast three mile run on alternate days. I was officer honor graduate at 41 yo. The black hats were impressed that I didn't cry like a baby during the flutter kicks. RIP Scott.

  • my aunt and my uncle. swear to god. i miss you so much :"( R.I.P. uncle scott

  • Comment removed

  • I miss the dude myself, I was his amphibian athetics student

  • rofl...i read the pages comments and i was fuckin laugh my ass off

  • fucking right sir. RIP scott... fuck very much fallujah and the mother fuckers who live there.

  • RIP Scott. He was KIA in Iraq while working for Blackwater Security

  • true. RIP Scott Helvenston. Fuck Fallujah.

  • Not a SEALs workout. You didn't even type "SEAL" correctly.

  • You're completely right. For some reason, this is posted as a Navy SEALs workout, just because the instructor was a former Navy SEAL. This isn't anything close to a Navy SEAL workout.

  • Lol. =).

  • Why don't you just burn in hell

  • Lol, what? What it should say is "Work out with a Navy SEAL" Not "Navy SEALs Workout"

  • You're so fat you wouldn't know the difference between a Navy Seal and a snickers bar. FUCK YOU!

  • The hell you talking about? I know this guy is/was a Navy SEAL. For your info, I'm 183 lbs with a 9% body fat. I'm saying this workout is not a Navy SEAL workout. Now what did I say that made you so mad?

  • Hey man for the record SEAL is an acronym and is ALWAYS capitalized when referring to Americas most elite.

  • For your information you're a fat-turd who will never amount to anything. So how about you shut your mouth or I'll fuck you untill you like it faggot

  • I can see that your a very angry young man who apparently has a problem with weight as I can from of the other posts on this wall calling myself and another person fat when you have never seen us in person. Also it's real easy to talk tough on the internet when there are hardly any real consequences but i don't think you say that to someone's face would you. And why would you want to stick your penis in another mans ass just so he will like it? If you ask me that sounds pretty gay to me.

  • I just want friends

  • Don't you have to do like 600 chin ups to qualify for the SEALs

  • 500 yard swim in 12:30 or less.

    10 minute break

    Minimum 42 push-ups in 2 minutes.

    2 minute break

    Minimum of 52 sit-ups in 2 minutes.

    2 minute break

Minimum of 6 pull-ups with no time limit.

    10 minute rest

Run 1.5 miles in 11:30 or less.

Then you are accepted into training. That of course is just the minimum. The more you can do, the better.

  • You're a real Navy SEAL, that is so cool.

  • Oh wait, read your profile. I'm planning on joining the SEALs too.

  • Good luck, I hope you make it. Same here, I hope I make it, too.

  • man I'm only in Navel Jrotc lol

  • Only 6? That's rediculous!!!!! I do sets in pyramid format 8-10-12-14-16-14-12-10-8. Don't you think your acceptance standards are... well, LOW?

  • Those are acceptance standards into the training not into becoming a SEAL. Also try doing those sets after the swim and pushups.

  • I do those after 5 miles of running and in conjuction with my push-ups. I still think the acceptance standards are LOW.

  • Yeah they are not hard to prepare for but you'll be suprized how many people don't pass the swim test.

  • thats impossible...lol id say at least 20-25 chins to join seals (good form of course)

  • All you have to do is pass minimum requirements, which are above. However, its always better to do more, but not required.

  • God rest your soul Scott. You will not be forgotten.

    -USMC Combat Veteran

  • whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat

  • Dude, whats wrong with you?

  • He joined Blackwater since they were bairly making ends meet selling exercise videos w/ his wife.

  • not true

  • Really? My mistake on that then.

  • That looks painful.

  • what where the names of his Seal workout videos? and where can i find them. and which instructor did he play in GI JANE? I looked all over and didn't see him

  • R.I.P Scott Hevelnston, give them hell on the other side....(wink)

  • Give it a rest Scott Hevelnston died in Iraq on march 23rd of 2004. He was a SEAL Team member of 12 years and a BUD/s instructor of 4 years and an AFF (Advanced Free Fall) instructor for another 4 years.

  • Is this meant for fun ?
