Too many clouds to tell if that is a rocket launch, but i been looking at other videos looks like the only difference is that this one doesn't make smoke like other rockets and the light looks like a bit brighter cant say for sure but all i can say is that this vid is no fake my conclusion is just a UFO because i don't know what that is yet.

When I was 15 I remember seeing a slow moving fireball outside my window and I followed it by running outside to a hill.. It went higher and higher, floating like a balloon and vanished. It was rotating in a way cause the flames kept spiralling in towards each other. After seeing so many youtube vids on fireball ufo's.. I have to question it. Im atheist and skeptic. man i must know, what were you feeling at the time you saw that. did you have your camera with you or did you have to run and get it. i can only dream of a sighting like that. one day i was watching the stars at night. i saw a light in the sky. it was the size of a star. it was redish. it started slowly moving towards me. i flashed it with my keychain flashlight. no response just kept coming closer to me. i couldnt decide if i should run in the house and get my camera or just watch it.

This is soooo obviuos. It is a search light used for advertising. These lights are very bright an move around in the sky. When it is cloudy out like this, they look spooktacular.

I have seen this many tmes, I once heard a radio station panic thinking it was some kind of orb in the sky. This is funny people are actually debating this.

I saw this back in 1999 along with a bunch of other people in seven different states. It was 4 am, and the light turned the night into day it was so bright. Even the news got a hold of it because so many people had seen this. I still thought I had been dreaming. Thank You for confirming for me that I did see this, whatever it was. It seemed as bright as the sun.

Obviously a night rocket launch, clouds block a direct view, but the rockets exhaust plume illuminates the clouds situated between the video camera and the launch facilities. The upward direction that the lights travel plus the diminishing size as the light rises match what you would expect to see in a night launched rocket.Even without this explanation, lights in the night sky will never prove anything other than that were lights in the sky that night.
