Thiago n busquets wer nt anywer near as gud passers as they r today.. Its all down to their education @ the Masia.. @VipinBarca Messi was 13 when Barcelona took him. Messi would have been a star at any youth academy I am afraid. Scouting and attracting the best players IS a youth academy. You can only improve a footballer by 5% at most. No more.
