Thats why cannabis consumptions has had a 4000% rise since it was made illegal.
Yet Nicotine addicts declined 23% from 1998-2002. no one had to have there lives ruined.
And the only reason cannabis is a gateway drug is because its illegal.
If it was taxed and regulated, you wouldn't have criminals trying to push crack on you, when all you want is a bag of weed.
