just stay away from whale and dolphin meat, it's incredible contaminated from many pollutants, not only mercury, their bodies seem to absorb pollutants way too easily

even though there is some mercury in other marine life, fish, etc... it's incredibly minimal, you'd have to eat for example 11 pounds a week of tuna before the mercury pollutants become harmful,

avoid consumption of cetaceans and you'll be fine, these species' seem to absorb incredible amounts of poisons!!
