I watched this the night before dan wheldon died and im still freaking out about it. I swear it was some sort of premanition. Im a racer myself and i shattered my arm oct 13th 2003, every october since bad things seem to happen. Now on oct 16th dan wheldon is taken from us? He was going for it jus like i was. Ive learned u can be cautious and it will still get u anyway. U cant run from it. But youll regret it if u dont give it ur all. If u lay it on the line, u best be willing to pay the price.

NASCAR was changed forever after the death of Dale. I don't think it will ever be quite the same ever again. Dale truly was the greatest stock car driver that ever lived. A incredible man and amazing courage and skill. He was the Elvis Presley of NASCAR.

Why does everyone compare this to days of thunder?

1. In days of thunder tom cruise shows up one day and becomes a driver. Dale Earnhardt was born a driver and and towards everything he did and he always had it in his heart.

2. Days of thunder was made to be a fictional movie. This is based on The life of the greatest driver ever ( obviously there are some changes)

3. If anyone doubts me about this then they really do not know what they are talking about.......
