  • thank you sooo much for the vegan recipes!!!!!!!!!!

  • these look so delicious

  • those pancakes are raw in one part and burned in the other... such a shame.

  • the black strap molasses is also loaded in iron .

  • The reason she receives criticism is because her show is of such high quality that it naturally gets compared to the "professional" stuff that is seen on the Food Network and other places.

With some fine-tuning, particularly of the lackluster text and a little tightening of the process with multiple camera angles, she could easily fit right into a mid-day lineup on TV.

  • I think you talk and smile cheesy but yeahh.. its okay:)

  • i think shes wonderful and I don't agree with you at all

  • I made these today. I thought they were great except I could barely detect the orange flavor. I think next time I'll try adding orange zest in addition to the juice. Thanks, everydaydish :)

  • Oh and I should also mention that I only had extra virgin olive oil- and I really didn't think olive flavors should mix with blueberries, so I substituted a dollop of solidified coconut oil. They were very moist and didn't stick at all.

  • @sh97 try sunflower or vegetable oil

  • 3:00 individually freeze them and put them in a bag in the freezer, a great alternative to the boxed kind! ;)

  • oh yeah, I was out of ww pastry flour and we just used regular whole wheat flour, the grahmn kind. It was very good!

  • we made these this morning... mmm delicious! we kinda cheated, we used blackberry/blueberry vegan wine instead of blueberries and oj. They were so sweet and fruity and nummy! Topped with some maple syrup and earth balance, delicious!

  • i luv blue berry and OJ

  • anyone know wut wheatgerm is??? 1:30

Thanx.. recipe looks great and would like to do it but wit excat ingrediants

  • It's the germ from wheat, and you can buy it in bags or jars in health food stores. It's high in vitamin e.

You can do this recipe without the wheat germ, and the pancakes are still delicious.

  • Julie, How long have you been vegan? How were you introduced to lifestyle. Would you say your diet is based on the health benefits or the animal rights issue?

  • @everydaydish is that syrup also organic?

  • These taste so good!

  • These are great! I don't like orange though so I use pomegranet juice. Really nummy with the blueberries!

  • Those look beautiful

  • "unhealthy pancake flavor" hehehe

  • Looks easy to make ^^ I really want to try them. That's not butter you put at the end right?

  • It's Earth Balance and definitely vegan ; )

  • Oh cool, I've never heard of that. Where can you buy it?

  • I've found earth balance at whole foods and safeway

  • Oh! well there's no whole foods store where I live. There's one called "Fran's Health Natural Foods" I'm not sure if I'll find it there, but I'll see if they have it or ask.

  • What about "Smart Balance" I found that at Walmart.

  • If you read the ingredient label of smart balance, it still I think like 20% milk product. If you follow a vegan diet, you wouldn't eat this because of the milk product. If you're vegetarian, then you could just use everyday butter. Its personal choice.

  • I'm actually a vegetarian, but I like to try vegan products now & then even though I'm not a vegan. Yeah I read the ingredients, it's not vegan at all.

  • yeah but she uses earth balance not smart balance. Earth balance is vegan 100%

  • Julie is their any way you could do a veggie burger?

Most of what is at the store is loaded with sodium and a lot of the recipes i have found on you tube aren't anything special.

  • Funny you should ask. I'm about to start working on some veggie burger recipes.

    Happy cooking!

  • @everydaydish earth balance is really the best thing ever!

  • Love love love this recipe. I haven't actually made them, but you make it look so damn good and easy. x0

  • hmmmm, the miinds have been sparked...Eating healthy is now in and its great to see that..godd recipe..keep on doing the work of spreading holistic living to the world..Live Love Life (looks yummy :0)

  • Maybe I will make them for breakfast Julie, maybe I will!

  • MAYBE JUST MAYBE!!!

  • It looks delicous XD

thank you for posting this video. I hope to make some someday!.

  • Cool. I have never eaten american pancakes. In Sweden we make em very thin and big.

    Would be fun to try!

  • They look amazing!

  • Thank you for share again and again.

  • I love this channel! You need to be on the food network channel! Seriously! This dish looked great, I'm going to have to give it a try.

  • This should most definitely be on the food network, it's kinda hard to see a lot of the dishes clearly on youtube when you maximize it to full screen. They don't have any shows dedicated to vegans on there, I wonder if we all can convince them to sign this show? :)

  • Mmmmm! These look yummy! I will def try them soon!

  • Yummy! Thanks so much for sharing. This looks like such a great recipe.

  • You are AMAZING!!!

  • Oh my... I WILL be giving these a shot very soon! That looks sooooo good. Thanks Julie!!!

    Jake
