So I had this album back in my hey-day;I hadn't listened to this song for maybe 15plus years until today.

I never noticed how much of a homage it is to Billy Idol in style, and also how many Americana references it has (skillets and Mustangs).

It makes me wonder whether it was perhaps aimed to be marketed in the US, or whether Aussie audiences just craved US style music. Either way, still a cracking intro.
