the whip builds extreme tension in the wheels by using the wood rods to store the pressure(water rods don't work) or tension as you may call it it will release all the pressure rapidly and thus will "jump"

Those levels are very easy to begin with. I've been trying to complete all of them without using any pink or yellow wheels. So far I only have 4 levels left (I think). Maybe only 3.

If you lokk at the mission to mars one, where he has to get from one ball to another, you can see that at 3:58, that the red ball actually never reaches the red square, which is what has to happen in order for you to win!!!!!

The water rods on the wheels gives it its unpredictability. It doesn't have to be exact. But the general concept should be close. Most of mine were variations.
