  • Great video!!! I recommend sungazing if you're interested in fully benefitting from vitamin D.

  • I was always told that it just takes a few minutes of exposure a day and just hands/face and a bit of other skin here and there is enough.

There is no way I'm going sunbathing with this aryan skin of mine and skin cancer being the #1 killer here

    use your judgment people

  • yes ritght, use judgement.. however skin cancer is more likely to happen using skin blocks on mass market than by sun. also important to draw into the eyes.. !.. so that sunglasses are disadvantaged that way.. of course never stay too long.. yep sensible.. thanks too..!

  • modern spectacle and contact lenses also block UV. I tried getting some sun in my eyes the other day and got a headache lol. This might need some getting used to.

  • i agree, it takes getting used to.. but no need to work too hard at it either.. nature takes good care of us 'naturally' !

    thanks

  • Don Tolman talks about looking at the sun for 13 seconds at a time for 90 days to download information for the past and stuff like that. It is in his FDR

  • i have a couple of vids with don tolman so i have heard of him.. not sure about the idea of the looking at sun info.. i have heard astronauts see visions of symbols once in space ..same symbols on cave patintiong from super long ago.. interesting.. i do think that the sun is a portal to some other place and time perhaps.. and has info to give us.. but i feel the natural way to let it happen just occurs and we just can let it happen aaahhhhhhhh mmmmm yep thank you

  • There's a recently posted 4 pt Tolman interview here on youtube where he only suggests looking at the sun at sunrise, when it just pops above the horizon, or just before it drops below, about 10 degrees, revealed by your fist-width at arms' length, i think he said.

  • Amazing! I am a nurse and teach the importance of the Sunshine and people think I am crazy when I tell them the sunblock is not good for them...I also tell them about not wearing sunglasses because it blocks the eyes from receiving the important rays...The Bible told us this years ago...(Ecclesiastes 7:11; 11:7)

  • 'God' bless you and your work !

    keep 'shining !

  • Dr. Cannell thank you for shedding the light on these important health topics for all of us. I will continue to tan in moderation for health benefits.
