My wife and I have been watching videos all week on YouTube about pop-up campers. Your video (we watched it several times throughout the week) inspired us to buy one . Today we just put a downpayment on a 2011 Coleman Sodna. Thought you would be glad to know how much we enjoyed watching your video. Thanks for sharing.
I practicallly grew up camping in one of these as a kid, I still love these things and plan on getting one of my own soon, thanks for sharing, they are always very cozy inside
Such cute dogs! I take my two dogs camping-I put them in a playpen while I am setting up camp..l never leave them alone-not for a second-because of wild animals.
@dinnerandashow dude i dont know what your talking about. you came back to troll after 3 months? where were you in jail? ha ha your stupid, and you proved that a long time ago.
@muzafar001 what is your definition of camping? tents = camping? notice there is no hotel, or restaurants. notice they are vulnerable to bear attacks while they sleep. they can get ticks and chiggers and mosquitos. they have to cook their food. it is a kind of camping...very relaxed camping...at night there is the silence of camping and the stars of camping...they can go for day hikes...play cards in comfort...its camping.
I love my pop up its nice because at night if its cold we can put the heater on but i use to always sleep in tents and with a tent i think its more camping because pop up's is like house but it's nice to have and is really comfy i love it : )
there is nothing wrong at all with pop ups,I admit that there is a huge advantage comfortwise, I actuallt never sleep on the ground when I am in the tent, I always use an airmatress, anyways hope you enjoy your pop up!
Camping is camping it don't matter what your in so long as you have a good time doing so. I would be fine putting together a small shelter out of sticks so long as it kept me dry and warm..
exactly, at the end of the day the camping trailer or whichever is your sleeping domain. If you ever get the chance, Visit Kejimkujik National Park in Nova Scotia. you'll never regret it
I've been doing a lot of thinking about hitting Canada..I live in Arizona now, and we have mass areas to camp here..but I would love to see some of those big forest up there.
Shhh, don't tell.... but there are no more big forest in Canada. We have cut all of them down and sold them. Heard Brazil still has some. But if you like rivers and lakes, we have plenty.
one of the coldest nights of my life was camping in this area in Oct. we were in a tent! I had to go to the bathroom so bad, but, I was afraid of the bears as we were warned about them! Of course, my husband could just stand outside and go. A miserable nite! We went over the Tioga Pass! Just beautiful!
Hi my name is Hylton Smith from New Zealand thankyou for sharing your holiday pics with us we are landing in L.A in August to by a pop up and we are going to tour around for a month, once again great film.
yeah but in a DNR safe zone you get caught shooting that bear it will cost probably 1000+ bucks for that bear meat i hope you enjoy it if they let you keep it
You need to keep that bear locker locked at all times
I dont think your going to race a 400 pound Black Bear to the locker to close it. Trust me..... it happend to me in Mammoth 2 years ago. Ohh yea I got cited by the Ranger which cost me 200 bucks and all my food gobbled up by the bear.
that place needs some T.L.C

Bear I can deal with... It's those survivalist nuts that go into the woods with AK-47s that scare me.
dinnerandashow 1 year ago
@dinnerandashow why would that scare you? I've never heard of them harming anyone.
2skullscrushing 1 year ago
@2skullscrushing
Obviously you do not read the news.
I just bought a book dedicated to survivalist gone nuts in one state park alone.
Many of the goriest horror movies were inspired by real life cases.

look at the avatar you are using.

I used to camp there when I was a kid. Is Tom's Place still there? Many great childhood memories. Great trout fishing.

if bear approaches the camp, jump in the tacoma and blast the horn a few times.
do not go into the popup, its nothing but cardboard to the bear.
