  • Sicily is definitely a mixture of culture eastern Sicily including my home town is definitely Greek Byzantine, Syracuse was the Capital of the eastern roman empire before Constantinople, the arabs were Eastern Sicily for only 125-150 years, Greeks Roman culture was there for over 2000 years........Romans first learn about the great Hellenic culture in Sicily......I consider myself a mixture but mostly Greek Roman mix.......

  • what a job this guy has, man

  • I think he busted his butt to get this job!!! I heard he even used to be a heroin addict -- and my good friend and restaurant worker for many years says almost all chef's are alkies or violent -- hey I've actually heard this more than once. If you are are hiring someone for a job -- hire someone who worked in a restaurant for a bit of time -- at least a few years -- they are the hardest workers.
