  • Appreciate the classics and embrace the new or be forever doomed to live in the past!

  • Makes me think of some very good people.

  • I heard this on the muzak at Denny's and cried on my french fries about four years ago. So much time had flowed and somehow I had become old.

  • @Bacopa68 I know what you mean.

    (Where are my anti-depressants???)

  • Beautiful.

  • Por eso amo la musica, la simplicidad y la humildad, son los dones mas hermosos, que Dios nos ha dado!

  • TITO,sin duda una linda cancion, pero jamás voy decirte adios porque te amo. Mariposa

  • I'm 50 years old and this is my all time favorite song, relaxing after hard work, makes me feel free, no worries, life lover, patience , a loving huge to Mom and Dad, best wishes to my family, friends, enemies......................

  • My graduating class (class of '82) selected this as our class song.

  • grande orchestrazione e voci angeliche!

  • "Engineer Alan Parsons was directly responsible for some of the most notable sonic aspects of the album"

    - Wikipedia/Dark Side of The Moon

  • Summer 1981 indeed.... At our adolescence, 15 years of age... First love, first dance cheek to cheek, first hug, first kiss... Many memories from an ingenuous, shining time that passed away so quickly.Thank you Alan!! Your great music, among other's in those fervid years, accompanied all our significant moments.... Still in our mind....Still in our heart!!!

  • Brings back memories of my late brother. Such beautiful words and music (wipes tears from eyes). Simply some of the best music ever made.

  • always loved this beautiful song.ever since it first came out.

  • Such a steller piece for sure. In fact...this whole album was. It told quite a story of a lonely gambler who lost everything.

  • Beautiful song, I love it.

    RIP Eric Woolfson

  • @hanahono3333 I agree it's a beautiful song,and I also love it,but (pardon my ignorance) who is Eric Woolfson?

  • @sboys02

Woolfson was Parsons manager as well as his songwriting and performing partner.

  • RIP Eric Woolfson...

  • This wonderful tone is timeless... masterpiece forever.. more artist like APP we miss in this times

  • great memories!!

  • Yes this song is gorgeous, never got much airplay but this album in it's day was the bomb. Sadly this phenomenal period piece covers the loss of what it means to be a dead end gambler. Nobody but nobody want's to believe they can't beat the system...guess what friends you cannot beat the system, only God let's you move beyond this dimension!

  • People doesn't like good music. This song is beautiful like other songs of The Alan Parsons Project.

  • people where are you????? This song is beautiful!!!! No comments ?? Why???
