I don't know why the signal should even allow traffic to turn off the parallel roadway onto the crossing. There should have been a neon sign lit that said "NO LEFT TURN" when the driver was approaching the intersection.

nice night shot .. I live about a mile or so up the road .. cross that crossing almost daily .. they did some work on it not too long ago .. put up a lane barriers .. seems kinda funny since there isn't much traffic on GLR ... but that could change since they plan on widening the road going north and connecting it to hwy 59 (ugh) there goes the neighborhood ...

I don't understand why people don't like Wyoming. To me, it's a great state, especially if you head west towards Yellowstone. It's good to be in one of the 'old west' states in the country away from the bustle of suburbia once in a while. I agree after living there for a while, it gets old. But to the traveler who goes there occasionally, it can be a good experience.
