If you want critique from an outsider:

Awesome effects and cinematography! You could play a little more with the cutting pace in editing, but that's really picky... (like even faster cuts for the chase scenes) The acting was pretty decent, but the weakest link so far. Also: Were those Dutch Angles on purpose? If not: Level out your camera. If yes: Nice idea, but don't overdo it.

Over all: This is really good, keep them coming!

@Filmexperimente The Dutch Angles were not on purpose :) But we're putting a lot more effort in camerawork and acting in our new short film. I graduated as film editor a few months ago, so thx for the editing-feedback. I like my films well-cut as well :)
