Alright, I'm not an expert on Japanese or anything (I've never even seen the translated lyrics), but it looks like these two guys are lovers, obviously. It's illegal where they live and they are imprisoned (I.e. the pic of them both handcuffed). Homosexuality might be a crime punishable by death, which would explain the gunshot at the end. The guy crying at the beginning might be because his lover was killed or he's about to be.
