I'm a big lover of comedy and find his "race" jokes to be hilarious. When he let philly hear it at the O&A show, what he said about Rocky and Joe Frazier was hilarious and true. In general hes a brilliant comedian and his race humor is spot on and refreshing.
This was just a run of a joke that was in his last album, it's neat to hear the prototype version of this, the version on the album is part of a hilarious set.

I think the point they were making is that he's fearless about mentioning racial topics in his standup like black comedians. Non-minority comedians tend to either go REALLY racist or stay very PC with their racial commentary. Burr is pretty honest about race relations
its true how there is racial tension betweeen sports commentators. joe morgan will make a comment about a black player, and john miller will have an awkward silence so he doesnt say something wrong. thay are so paranoid to be the next "racist"
