  • I have this video among my favorites already for a few years now ... and the tune just never gets old.

    awesome performance. awesome guitar and player..

  • @MuddahFukkah i am really glad to read your words. I don't like this video too much, four years after the record. I'll try to record another one these weeks, don't know when - hope you have seen the other videos on my channel. Thank you brother from the heart.

  • Amazing licks, I have to steal some of those ;)

    Good work, keep new stuff coming!

  • I think its pretty damn good

  • ugly tone, no offence bro

  • i totally agree with you man. i'll try to record another video now, 3 years after this one. :)

  • I liked the pinch harmonics, but work on getting them crisper, especially if you're using the neck pickup. You could also use less bass in your EQ, it clipped my right channel a bit at one point (and that doesn't help the ph's either).

    Now it did sound like you had that ending worked out in advance, and that's a good lick to end a jam with, but not if it sounds like a lick that you just stuck in there to end the jam. Practice with the intent to create more of a natural feel. Good luck to ya.

  • ive almost the same gear u do.

    i own that amp aswell :)

  • Yes they are saying subscribe

  • @abbamax He's addressing the flashes from your camera or whatever is causing them.

  • @jonny08p What looks like subliminal messages is just video editing problem. Could be the camera could be the software he used.

  • @jonny08p I definitely have the sudden urge to burn things.

  • Mexican Strat. Wow, never seen one before, now I have. They don't look so different.

    Anyways, your playing is very good, nice to the ear :)

  • BB has some influence on your style.that sliding down the neck is very much BB lick.

  • Does anyone know where I can find all the scales for free online?

  • i think you just should buy a scale book for about 10 dollars,or a free online software"guitar explorer",which is only for free with every scale,chord an arpeggio in c

  • Complimenti Max! Ti aspetto al ST. Louis

  • lovely phrasing

  • is it the distortion of the amp?

  • very good feeling dude !

  • awesome! is that all comprise of C? any other passing notes did u used?

  • I'm glad your teacher how to pick a few notes.

  • it is from a guitar techniques number.

  • i wanna say someting realy dumb but someone might not know i didint know on the pick guard is a plactic cover and i pealed it off and its beauiful wammy

  • sexy.... ;);) lets see that lap tapping XD

  • hey man. ive seen alot of guys show their guns on youtube. im not a fan of it, but i just thought id tell you that you phrase nicely. you dont just run up and down the pentatonic scale or anything, you have influence which is most important. one question though: what are you using to get that heavy blues guitar tone? did you run it through any effects? and what amp are you using there?

  • no effects, only fender fm212r (amp) and fender stratocaster. i've used more drive channel with this settings:

    gain -> 3

    bass -> 7

    treble -> 7

    mid -> 6

  • not badd.

  • I thought that was awesome!

  • thats some nice feel right there bredda

  • all the stratocaster standard are from mexico or also are from USA, and if this is true the prices are differents, and what would u recommend me this stratocaster or a ibanez RG350dx

  • or just tune it...

  • nice guitarsound!!!

  • A very good blues. I like the way you "scratch" the strings !

    You have a real feeling when you play.

    Keep postin videos like that.

  • yeah man

    i love mexican strats more than american. Because they are cheeper and awesome, too. They have a nice sound and play good.

  • great, man

  • Very nice, u´ve got a nice touch. but to be honest i´d like a bit less distorsion.

    Keep on bluesin!!

  • Nice chops and feel. Good to see someone play with some emotion and not so wooden. Nice mexican strat too, quality these instruments just continues to improve.
