after ive read all the comments below, i know that what ill say is a bit inpropriet (cant spell it) but this vis made me want to live my life to its fullest. now i want to expirience as many things as possible, i want to have sex with ppl of all different races, ages and occupations. and thats my long term goal

What will happen after death? There is some people who died, and then came to life again. And they say: that we will go to a better place when we die.

Some people believe in rebirth. If that exist, then you will be blind in 9 month, and then you will get born again, but won't remember the life that you had before...?

Creepy to think of. But death isn't something you should think of

Im not affraid of actually dting, but what its like after death. The worst of all... is nothing. I can not dream what that is like, maybe because i wont know that im here. But thinking about that scares me more. I am a 14 year old male and i am also affraid of death. I think this video has helped. Thank You :)

And it's not the dying part, because I know that that can be done in relative comfort. It's the after, like you said. I don't want this to end, even if I'm 99. But I'm trying. I'm really trying. I try to do more...Sorry.

I think that's why it is so great to have animals when you are a kid, like a dog. You learn about death early on and you don't get the chance to get too attached because the animal probably wasn't around that long.

It's because of guys like this the world's going to change. All Hollywood does to us is feed us with bullshit movies like 2012, and everything that makes us fear death more than we already do. Nobody should be judged for the way society's made us believe what life and death's all about, but believe me things will change for the better in the near future :).

We all eventually find our purpose in life, and random acts of kindness is a good way to start.

The trick is not to forget that life is an attitude, a way of thinking, and not a thing you must endure. You must participate in life an learn to give and also receive. For me death is only a way to guide and push us to evolve...

I have been trying to resolve this issue. I realize this wasting life away thing, so I try to learn as much as possible about everything. Death does not scare me (unless faced with it) but I would like to live for a long time.

I've been staggered by fear of death for 4 years, since my father passed away. I was 19 then, and it took it's toll on my study and career.

I went into a deep study on myself, and especially hinduism. I'm 25 now, and about a year or two ago,I'm finially starting to arive where I wanted. I'm annoyed ot took so long.

One very important aspect in accepting death, is not identifying ourselves with our thoughts. But, western culture feeds on feeding our ego's, and there we have a real problem.

Looking forwards into the future is also a part of the problem in our fear of death.

Being unable to live in the present. Our body relates to the present, which is the only thing real, and not build out of concepts.

When we think about the future, our mind wanders off from this real moment, the now. There is no synchronicity between body and mind that way, and we will feel unsatisfied.

And indeed Momo, don't go into Hollywood movies if you want to understand death. It's terrible

However satisfying it is to achieve what you want to, it is not a fundamental answer to fear of death.

For instance it is no answer to people who pass when they are young.

I think we have to come to a deeper understanding of what life is, and how we individuals experience our ow consciousness, in that WEB OF LIFE.
