I myself use this as a kind of vent when I feel stressed out or while working out, it's like a trigger to convert stress into adrenaline rushes. It's a much more convenient way of coping with emotional imbalance than bullying people, beating up your wife or other stuff non-metalheads do. Wacken open-air isn't the least violent festival for no reason.

Grind contains elements from Metalcore, which actually contains elements from Hardcore Punk. IE, the high pitched shrieks. Grind usually includes pigsqueals and screams, unlike 'traditional' Deathmetal death growls. BDM utilizes a higher pitched guitar riff than Deathmetal, making it more 'brutal'. 2; LoG has two guitarists and they support the vocalist, while PP makes his own vocals.

3; The drummer on LoG is not as fast playing as the machine, and PP records the drums first, so he is basically the drummer, guitarist and vocalist.
