@Bailey973 Here planned parenthood does abortions till 24 weeks. My daughter did not have much of a chance at survival outside the womb either and now she is a thriving two year old.
@Bailey973 Who is really to say whether a baby can survive outside the womb? We don't know whether they will survive or not. I know about a baby that was born at 19 weeks. I'm sure she had a 0 percent chance at survival, but last I heard about her she was 19 years old. She had cerebral palsy and brain damage, but her grandma gave the report that she enjoyed life. Nobody really knows whether a baby can live or not.

I know that's got to be hard though, to know that your child isn't going to play or live a normal life. Its a joyful life that matters, not a normal life. I have a Grand Daughter who was born 10 weeks early last week, due to numerous decelerations in her heart rate. I have looked at her, and thought the same exact thing.....that there are women out there aborting babies close to the point when she was born. It makes me sad.

A friend of mine was actually a security quard for a planned parenthood clinic, and housekeeping actually called him in to one of the rooms. He said the room smelled as if a woman had just given birth and on the counter was a bag that was wrapped around something that was the size of a newborn baby. it also had towels wrapped around it and was soaked with blood. It was an aborted baby that they found.

Just so you know, most abortions take place during the first trimester of the pregnancy. (Up to 13 weeks.) Only in dire medical emergencies do abortions take place during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Most medical professionals won't preform an abortion after 13 weeks unless it is absolutely necessary to save the woman's life. // On another note, very cute baby. :) I am expecting a son 02/12/12. :)
To each his own. I had an abortion as a married woman with an already born 5 yr old son. I was a 37 yr old mom & wife who aborted, I have no regrets, it was the best thing for me & my health & it allowed my son to have a healthy mom to raise him & see him grow up. After 7 pregnancies my body was done enduring pregnancy & it took a toll on my health & wellbeing, it was the best decision for me & my family & we are now a very happy & loving family of 3 with no regrets.

@LovedbcHim Very easy, tell him the truth that I had pre-existing medical problems that prevented me from carrying another child to term. If I went through w/ it I wouldn't be around to raise my son or explain any of this to him. I don't have any bros or sisters, never bothered me one bit. Knowing that aborting was a way to be around for my son makes me confident of my decision every day I see his smile. :)

@Anglynn74 I think I understand now. Sorry if I seemed judgemental. I know that abortion sometimes happens because of medical issues, and is still heartbreaking for the parents. I have a friend who has a medical issue where she can't have children, where she would have to have the baby early and even then she would be on bedrest for a year. But there are lies out there and for a healthy pregnancy to be terminated that is very sad and I try to discourage that. ....
@Anglynn74 When I had my daughter, I had listeria, which is a bacteria that most people have, but it normally effects pregnant women. It can cause miscarriage, premature birth or cause a newborn to be very sick. It is fatal. My daughter and I would've died if it weren't for a cesarean. Legally though, if my daughter and I were in the wrong hands, she could have been terminated if she were born 4 weeks earlier. Women need to know if they go through something like this, the baby can survive:)
Very nice Video. I don't know how anyone could even think about aborting a healthy baby. :( Our little girl Emma was born at 30 weeks also. She was only 1 pound, 14 oz. Amazingly, little Emma was able to breathe on her own! Emma is going to be 1 year old next week. She now weighs 16 pounds and is perfectly healthy with no problems at all. :)

Yes they all have a spirit and they feel pain ten times worse than we do, because they are so fragile, their skin is so thin and their little nerves have just formed not too long ago. @jessicabienaime Nope. That's my daughter and she was two weeks old in this and she was born prematurely. I had an infection that I had passed to her that started to eat away at her placenta and umbillical cord. She had a really small cord that ended up coming off about a week after she was born, probably because of the infection. I know normally they don't come off till about two weeks, but a lot of things are different with a premature baby.

Personally, If I was considering abortion, this would video would not have prevented me from having the abortion if I was carrying a female fetus. I would have not considered abortion if the fetus was male because a son is necessary for carrying on the family name. This is something that a female cannot do.

I have a boy and a girl now, because that little one you see up there is now a big sister, and her brother is only 8 days old. wow she looks huge compared to mine, how long after she was born did you shoot this? my little girl was born about 60 hours ago at 30wks 3days she only weighs 2lbs 12oz! @ukhtefazal My daughter was also 2 pounds 12 ounces, but for almost 28 weeks that's big. She probably would have been a big baby if she were full term. I'll pray for your little one. Congradulations, though I know it's not an easy experience to see her have such a rough start. I'll be praying. The pregnancy now is going very well. No complications:) We think he is going to be full term and a big boy at birth, just like his big sister would have been.

@OhSoChloe Oh and congrats! We are also pregnant with a boy and we just did the 4D ultra-sound a couple weeks ago, at 25 weeks and he smiled, he opened his eyes. You can see everything of what the baby looks like in this ultra-sound and he actually looks like his big sister did in this video. The little one in this video is now 15 months so, I have a feeling I am going to have my hands full when her brother is born.

A baby can technically survive outside the womb with significant medical intervention at 26 weeks with a very very very low survival rate, and will more than likely have major health problems. Earlier than 26 weeks then, a baby has no survival rate. For those thinking of abortion, the feotus inside u will not look at all like a baby of 28weeks +, because abortions are performed nearly 2 months prior to this
@bendawson Actually abortion is legal up to birth and a 22 week premature baby have been known to survive outside of the womb with help and end up living a very healthy normal life. I can see you have never been in a NICU before. If you got this from a text book or a scientific experiment, textbooks and scientific experiments have nothing to do with experience. You have to experience things for yourself in order to really know the truth.
@bendawson As far as aboriton goes, it's wrong no matter what. A baby is a baby from conception, not from birth or when they can actually survive outside the womb. It's very rare, but I have a friend whose grandaughter survived at 19 weeks. She is mentally retarded, however she is probably about 22 years old now. She survived. So it's really not up to scientists or doctor's on when a baby can survive prematurity, it's up to God. Think about that:)
@bendawson When I say legal up to birth I do mean in some cases. The majority of places will not do abortions after 24 weeks, however; despite that they are still human beings. Whether it is legal or not, does not make it right. They are human right from conception, and if there is a decision made to have an abortion, you can never get that child back, ever again. Abortion is a permanent solution to a temporary situation. As far as survival rate, most babies 22 weeks and up survive.

@bendawson There is a very, very low death rate in NICU's and even after the NICU. The death rate used to be higher, but medicine has really gotten to where babies, like my daughter have a very high survival rate. Now some babies don't make it to the NICU and they say most of those babies are boys, because for some reason female preemies just seem to fight a lot more than boys, however; once they do they are usually o.k.

This video was not set up however to judge women who have had abortions. It is meant to discourage a woman from getting an abortion. @BaileyFlys A premature baby can be born at 20-22 weeks and survive. Some may come out with more obstacles to overcome than the others, and some come out very healthy. Babies have survived having their heart, lungs and intestines outside of their body. I know one girl that actually survived having her stomach and intestines outside. She had to go through surgery, but she is now a healthy 8 year old. I've known handicapped children to get married and live a normal life.
@BaileyFlys Mom's who are pregnant with a baby who is handicapped need our encouragement and support, not for someone to tell them it is o.k to have an abortion. Most pregnant women already have enough pressure on them already. Not that you would tell them that, but they need someone to step in and say "Whatever you have a hard time handling, I'll help out with" God bless!

@BaileyFlys I do apologize if I made you upset, but realize once a woman's pregnant it's not just her body anymore and it's not just her rights, there is another person's rights involved too. My mom and my sister both had abortions, and I love them very dearly, but I've seen how it has really hurt them. A friend of mine was actually a security quard for a planned parenthood clinic, and housekeeping actually called him in to one of the rooms. He said the room smelled as if a woman had just given birth and on the counter was a bag that was wrapped around something that was the size of a newborn baby. it also had towels wrapped around it and was soaked with blood. Just so you know, most abortions take place during the first trimester of the pregnancy. (Up to 13 weeks.) Only in dire medical emergencies do abortions take place during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. @Anglynn74 When I had my daughter, I had listeria, which is a bacteria that most people have, but it normally effects pregnant women. It can cause miscarriage, premature birth or cause a newborn to be very sick. It is fatal. My daughter and I would've died if it weren't for a cesarean. Legally though, if my daughter and I were in the wrong hands, she could have been terminated if she were born 4 weeks earlier. Women need to know if they go through something like this, the baby can survive:)

Very nice Video. I don't know how anyone could even think about aborting a healthy baby. :( Our little girl Emma was born at 30 weeks also. She was only 1 pound, 14 oz. Amazingly, little Emma was able to breathe on her own! Emma is going to be 1 year old next week. She now weighs 16 pounds and is perfectly healthy with no problems at all. :)

@jessicabienaime Nope. That's my daughter and she was two weeks old in this and she was born prematurely. I had an infection that I had passed to her that started to eat away at her placenta and umbillical cord. She had a really small cord that ended up coming off about a week after she was born, probably because of the infection. I know normally they don't come off till about two weeks, but a lot of things are different with a premature baby.

@loridori Well, I don't think a lot of people can argue when it comes to seeing a premature baby, especially since under some circumstances, abortion is legal till birth, but it's rare. Congradulations! They are all a blessing:)

I'll be 30 weeks this Wednesday and I'm due with my first baby boy august 31st!!! Your baby was so cute and enjoying her rub and im glad all went well with your little girl!! I love my baby so much and I couldn't imagine life without him and he's not even here! Honestly it should be very illegal to abort a baby this late to begin with!! It makes me sad and I would never do an abortion myself period! Good luck on your upcoming baby boy and thanks for sharing this with us!

One can have mommy tied around there little finger and the other has daddy tied around her little finger. They work hand in hand on that. But I love the fact that I get to have a boy and a girl too. wow she looks huge compared to mine, how long after she was born did you shoot this? my little girl was born about 60 hours ago at 30wks 3days she only weighs 2lbs 12oz! She is so amazingly awesome, it just blows my mind that anyone has abortions this late, but sadly, they do :(( I just don't understand it, and hopefully I never will. thx for posting this, n btw- my little girl looks exactly like her 25-wk 4D pics :D Good luck with your pregnancy :)

@ukhtefazal My daughter was also 2 pounds 12 ounces, but for almost 28 weeks that's big. She probably would have been a big baby if she were full term. I'll pray for your little one. Congradulations, though I know it's not an easy experience to see her have such a rough start. I'll be praying. The pregnancy now is going very well. No complications:) We think he is going to be full term and a big boy at birth, just like his big sister would have been.

@bendawson many babies survive at 20weeks and above and FYI when I had my 20week scan my baby looked 100% like a baby she even had the profile of her dad. ABORATION IS WRONG! MURDER.

@OhSoChloe Oh and congrats! We are also pregnant with a boy and we just did the 4D ultra-sound a couple weeks ago, at 25 weeks and he smiled, he opened his eyes. You can see everything of what the baby looks like in this ultra-sound and he actually looks like his big sister did in this video. The little one in this video is now 15 months so, I have a feeling I am going to have my hands full when her brother is born.

FYI. Abortion Is illegal after 24 weeks gestation, when a foetus has no survival rate.
A baby can technically survive outside the womb with significant medical intervention at 26 weeks with a very very very low survival rate, and will more than likely have major health problems. Earlier than 26 weeks then, a baby has no survival rate. For those thinking of abortion, the feotus inside u will not look at all like a baby of 28weeks +, because abortions are performed nearly 2 months prior to this

@bendawson Actually abortion is legal up to birth and a 22 week premature baby have been known to survive outside of the womb with help and end up living a very healthy normal life. I can see you have never been in a NICU before. If you got this from a text book or a scientific experiment, textbooks and scientific experiments have nothing to do with experience. You have to experience things for yourself in order to really know the truth.

@bendawson As far as aboriton goes, it's wrong no matter what. A baby is a baby from conception, not from birth or when they can actually survive outside the womb. It's very rare, but I have a friend whose grandaughter survived at 19 weeks. She is mentally retarded, however she is probably about 22 years old now. She survived. So it's really not up to scientists or doctor's on when a baby can survive prematurity, it's up to God. Think about that:)

@bendawson When I say legal up to birth I do mean in some cases. The majority of places will not do abortions after 24 weeks, however; despite that they are still human beings. Whether it is legal or not, does not make it right. They are human right from conception, and if there is a decision made to have an abortion, you can never get that child back, ever again. Abortion is a permanent solution to a temporary situation. As far as survival rate, most babies 22 weeks and up survive.

Such as it's illegal to try to talk women out of abortions while they are walking into an abortion clinic. We should always have the right to speak up about our belief's, and wrong should not be pointed out as positive. Christ gave us the knowledge to know what is right and what is wrong and just because it's legal, does not make it right:)

@bendawson There is a very, very low death rate in NICU's and even after the NICU. The death rate used to be higher, but medicine has really gotten to where babies, like my daughter have a very high survival rate. Now some babies don't make it to the NICU and they say most of those babies are boys, because for some reason female preemies just seem to fight a lot more than boys, however; once they do they are usually o.k.

@1997HighLander I'm her real mom, and we were planning on having her. I just got an infection that usually people in third world countries get, and we think it was from a hot dog that was not processed the right way. Thankfully we had some wonderful and doctor's who saved her life.

Children really are blessings. Their expensive, but as parents they sort of bring out the child in all of us, and they help us live a full and happy life in a way that no one can expect. I sort of wonder what they see inside mommy's belly, or if they are born early, or if they have questions in their minds about what they are seeing. She is so much bigger now and into everything. We are expecting a second child, a boy too.

To tell you the truth with an unborn child, you really don't know whether they are handicapped or if it's something they can overcome with a lot of help. My daughter is perfectly healthy now.

@angelmom3950 Oh, Jesus is "Jebus" and this morning she said to mommy "Jebus wove oo" Translation "Jesus loves you" We go through the list of who loves her and we'll say "Mommy, Dada, Nana, Pop-pop, Grams and Jesus loves you" and then we will sing the song. When Caitlin gets mad she actually calls me "Madre" which is actually spanish for mother, so I don't know where she gets that. And then she'll say "I'm mad". The nurses told me her nick-name was Little Miss Personality.

Let's see she's getting ready to walk probably in a month or two and she's such a funny baby. She loves singing Jesus loves Me and praying with mom and dad and she shakes her head no when I ask her if she is going to be a big sister. They are a trip when they are this age.

@ericaj58 Gianna Jessen survived an abortion done to her when her mom was 7 months pregnant. My daughter was a few weeks earlier than that. It's legal in some cases to abortion children up until birth. Anyhow this video is to discourage women from making that choice. Abortion is tacky. I can understand if it was an ectopic pregnancy, but if it's a healthy baby or even just a handicapped baby, that baby should still have a right to life.

@LovedbcHim i'm sure the laws have changed since gianna, i'm pretty sure they dont do saline abortions anymore either. but the thing is, is no you cant legally get an abortion past 21 weeks(in canada).. but if there is something wrong with the mothers health though or the babies health.. yeah it is allowed because its unfair to ask a parent to either rsk their lives if they dont want too, or to take on a baby they cant handle. they're are other options, and im not pro-abortion...

@LovedbcHim but in the end, it is the womans decision. and whats right for her, may not be right for you. i'd much rather my sister had her abortion than have her baby because she would have been a horrible mum and probbaly kept on doing blow.. i have a baby... and i love her so much, and i would never get an abortion but it is unfair to be rude towards people who find abortion to be the right choice for them. everyone believes different things... accept it, thats life.

@BaileyFlys If you knew some of the things that planned parenthood, you would be very much against women getting an abortion yourself, especially when they dump those poor babies in red cans with needles, tear their bodies apart while they are still alive. How is abortion ever right? Maybe for an ectopic pregnancy, but it's NEVER right otherwise.

@BaileyFlys The majority of those chlldren who are born to crack addicts end up born early and in the NICU, and they have some obstacles to overcome. However; they overcome them 100%. This video was not set up however to judge women who have had abortions. It is meant to discourage a woman from getting an abortion. It is meant to say there is other options other than abortion, even when it comes to the pregnancy being a risk to the mom's healthy.

@BaileyFlys A premature baby can be born at 20-22 weeks and survive. Some may come out with more obstacles to overcome than the others, and some come out very healthy. Babies have survived having their heart, lungs and intestines outside of their body. I know one girl that actually survived having her stomach and intestines outside. She had to go through surgery, but she is now a healthy 8 year old. I've known handicapped children to get married and live a normal life.

Most pregnant women already have enough pressure on them already. Check out my father's day video of my daughter. Believe me she really struggled and it was difficult to watch her go through that.

@BaileyFlys I do apologize if I made you upset, but realize once a woman's pregnant it's not just her body anymore and it's not just her rights, there is another person's rights involved too. My mom and my sister both had abortions, and I love them very dearly, but I've seen how it has really hurt them. Again this is not to judge women who have had them, it's to discourage women who are thinking of getting them from getting an abortion.

My daughter is now 1 year old and I am 16 weeks pregnant. Science has actually discovered that babies may begin to feel pain at 8 weeks of pregnancy, since their brain is already formed and their nervous system is beginning to form. We also would never think of ending the life of any child, even unborn childre. They are each a precious gift from God, and He is the One Who ultimately. He just chooses us to be the earthly parents. It's amazing how God create something and intrust them to us

I am 30 weeks pregnant....And I can't wait to hold my baby! How can somebody would think about killing a baby so precious...The baby would feel the pain, and the death...Horrible. I don't even want to think about it...Abortion it should be illegal and punishable like any other murder crime...because it is really a living human being who is inside and deserves the right to live as you all do. You are the owner of your life and you can end it whenever but you don't own your baby's life!

@tatyland Oh and I made a couple typos. God is the One Who ultimately owns each child. He created them, He knit them in their mother's womb. Just as Psalm 139 describes, He knew each of us before we were even formed. He has a plan for each baby. I'm sure you love your little one like crazey, just as much as I love my littles ones like crazey now.
