do you have to squeeze the ball or not when at the last part of the throwing motion? coz i've heard in some of the vids you have to and other times its not being mentioned? can anybody verify this???

Agreed. Great technical break-down of the throw. I applied this theory to my throws right after watching and got a smooth spiral every time and i'm not getting a pain in my elbow anymore from retarded over-extension.

This Is a great video and unlike any other vids Ive watched

Particularly the way it showed the position on the hand at the of the throw... No other vid showed this and this has really helped my throw :D

@Onarugami The mechanics you learned were different or more natural for you. It will probably take you a long time to change them to this. If you wanted or needed to.

hey peoples...i need help with a debate...me and my friends were playing football and other qb throws it two hands on it while in air and spikes it to a reciever (with both hands still on it) and behind line of scrimage. He drops the ball and i recover and they called it an incomplete pass
