  • Hallo,

    My name is Anastasia Volujskij.

My brother lives in Glendale / California and had experience first hand the corruption and hypocrisy of the Glendale police.

My brother in law is called groundless in the Internet as child molesters, and because of these lies was so brutally beaten up several times, but the police is doing nothing!

Do we not would to team up for a class action lawsuit against the hypocritical police?

You can find me on Facebook & YOU can write me!

    Sincerely, Anastasia

  • (l) "driver" means a person driving or in charge of a vehicle and includes the operator of a motor vehicle;

Forgive me, the act was actually amended in 1989. You have an interesting way of making a living. Intentionally get tickets, be a total asshole to everyone, then ask for money to "buy better equiptment".

  • You are correct about the right to travel unimpided within the USA. Sitting on a bus, or a passenger seat is traveling. Walking or riding a bike is traveling. However the defenition of a driver acording to the motor vehicle act amended in 1986 is any person on control of a form of transportation not powerd by human power. It Is in the terms section.

  • In CA when U R stopped for a traffic violaion it is technically still an arrest. Your signature on the cite is your promise to appear and constitues a O.R. release. All this blather about "contracts," warrants" and "traffic" as commerce is totally off point and non-issues. When U originally signed for your license, many years ago U agreed to obey the laws for driving. Yes even on private property. Want out of that? Return your license to DMV and take the bus.

  • how is it totally off point? It says it in the definition of driving. Commercial activity. Geeze! why dont you go research...... better yet, i will make a video of my criminal complaints i am almost done with and will be filing against some people. its a right to travel not a privilege. Its in the glendale municipal code for crying out loud. LMAO!!

  • Rottrsq - OOH! What a snappy response! The sheep sheep-dogging the other sheep, huh? You DON'T WANT anyone to do better than you do, right?

God forbid a slave break free and get to the other side of the fence while YOU are STILL a SLAVE. You'll have to look through the fence and say "Look at him go, run free... and I dont have the gumption to do it."

You're a smart mouth prick who thinks that since YOU are slave, everyone else must be. You are blind. Completely blind. Go watch David Icke vids

  • You need to know the definition of Traffic. It means commerce. Driver means: employee. Technically, we are traveling and don't require a drivers "license". A license is permission to do what is other wise illegal. "Traffic" tickets are an infraction not a crime, so what are you pleading guilty to, a breach of contract? Courts are a part of government and government is established to protect and maintain the rights of the individual.

  • listen to your own definition for duress to work 2 parts must take place 1 you must have broken the law and 2 it had to be forced upon you look at your OWN DEFINITION or Wikipedia it or something!!!!

you are totally right about the forcing you to sing a ticket or go to jail but some states dont force you to sing the ticket therefor if you sing duress your admitting to breaking the law (from how i read the definition)

  • Hey tactikalguy1 i was looking up duress and it seemed from what i read in that in criminal law, a duress defense is like a particle guilty plea theirfor it could proably lead to a conviction.

Duress looks like its admitting that you broke the law but circumstances made you do it unwillingly

maybebe carefull how you use it

i think if you were caught speeding because the flow of traffic was 70 in a 60 maybe this could be a defense but other times it could harm you because your admitting guilt

  • Why dont you look at my video that i posted a while back. Its the definition of duress. You do not understand what the word means but can watch my video and learn.

  • the way i read duress is your admitting guilt but saying u were forced to break the law

Blacks law dictionary 3rd addition says the use or threatened use of unlawful force to compel someone to commit an unlawful act

  • I can only believe that you are a shill and a disinformation agent. I am not wasting my time with you.

  • acadburn, are you assuming that in the action that lead to the arrest he may have been acting under duress? It's not until you are given an order to perform against your rights or freedoms, that you should claim to be acting under duress. He is only signing the bill under duress, not claiming to be under duress during the act that lead to the creation of the bill.

  • He signed and agreed to show up in court while under duress, that is his claim. Nothing to do with his alleged violation

  • I dont understand what you are accomplishing.

  • if you sign....... By, xxxxxx-xxxxxxx of the xxxxxx family(agent)

Basically meaning- I go by the name xxxxxxxxx

by putting the colon after by and before your first name and also adding the hyphen between your first and second name and adding agent in brackets at the end, this rids you the (flesh and blood human being) of all liability and puts it over to the (agent)strawman

if your are autographing under duress, write under duress in huge letters in black/blue pen and sign over it in red

  • My understanding is that in addition to noting "under duress" that you should sign it with your real human name and then "for" the straw man". Like this.

    John Smith FOR JOHN SMITH

JOHN SMITH being the straw man.

    Is that not true?

    Ping =^.^=

  • i believe its the same as 1-308.

  • Is Signing "Under Duress" as good as,

    Without Prejudice, All Rights Reserved

    UCC 1-207 & UCC 1-308

have you lien the FICTION and able use Accommodating/Accommodation Signature UCC 3-419?

    What UCC# is Duress, please?

  • completly different

  • thanks! never thought about it.

  • Hey Tack next time put "amenable to process" that informs them that they will take full liablity for any actions if they process that paper. I think tht would go good with the counter claim

  • Hi Rick..........I would be inclined to put

Under Duress first and then Autograph on top of it. (so no funny business can happen )

A bit of Practice is required but its almost impossible to mess with ......what do you rekon ???
