dude you have any simple cocktail involves gin? not too complex cos it's for binge drinking (3 litres of cocktail required), with another spirit is fine but I can afford 3 lol. thanks
There is nothing extravagant about what we do, if you don't believe me, search up some other cocktail how-to shows and you'll see what I mean. For example, cocktails with cardamom bitters, Fever Tree Bitter Lemon, Mole Bitters, Orange Flower Water, Cherry Tart, Calvados, Horchata and thousands of other things I've never seen or heard of. Most of our stuff can be purchased at a store in many areas (not always Europe). It's not just a screwdriver or rum + coke true... it's less boring than that.
I like the way you expressed your views on mixologists using using rather extravagant ingredients just to make a cocktail, ones that we "common men" can't mix without either losing a liver or more. And besides, why be so extravagant and all, and be so poised with dexterity when cocktails are more like party drinks in the first place? But of course, I do appreciate the cocktail parties that are quite decadent.
@steamedturtle that's pretty much all we do on Sundays and have for 10+ years. My wife grew up with football in the house, where I grew up with Pro Boxing. I didn't get into football until around 1999 or so,

SuperRetroTech 3 months ago
@SuperRetroTech the only one i know of is the galliano hot shot, simple and tasty.
fill half a shot glass with coffe, then almost fll the rest with galliano then top it with some (cold) wiphed cream.
you should wait about a min or so before taking the shot so the coffee don't burn your throat.
