  • yay i was finally able to get some weights to do this work out all I can say is owwww!! but I love it since my arms have always bothered me thanks for the workout!

  • @MissSonia29 you can use bottles full of rice , or water , hope this is right , because that's what I'm using :)

  • @ferferer2008 @MissSonia29 She said in a previous video fill bottles with rice or dirt! I don't think water would be heavy enough though!

  • I started off doing your 10 minute booty shaking workout and just three days later, I saw results. Your workout is the only one that actually makes a difference! I do have one question, if we don't have weights, what can we use as a substitute?

  • @whooohooo11 I use cans of soup or canned vegetables! It works really well as a substitute :)

  • oh and i LOVE your workouts discovered them 5 months ago :) there great when its too hot down here in Aus ;)
