yay i was finally able to get some weights to do this work out all I can say is owwww!! but I love it since my arms have always bothered me thanks for the workout!

I started off doing your 10 minute booty shaking workout and just three days later, I saw results. Your workout is the only one that actually makes a difference! I do have one question, if we don't have weights, what can we use as a substitute?

@MissSonia29 you can use bottles full of rice , or water , hope this is right , because that's what I'm using :)

@whooohooo11 I use cans of soup or canned vegetables! It works really well as a substitute :)
