click ur right or left stick it should say run mode active and u get it easy then

you have to go really fast through the left vent, then when you come back go back to the middle vent. i got confused as well.

Most of the kids on Xbox Live just can't seem appreciate an old school shooter like this. They just take one at the dated graphics and say "yuck!" I know Marathon Durandal(or Marathon 2 if you wanna be technical) has the exact same problem on Xbox Live. It's just sad really. These kids are missing out.
