Just started doing deadlifts 2 weeks ago. Never did it before but I think I will start in competitions. I pulled 495 my first time then 545 my second time. Not bad for a rookie!
are you that guy whos been working out for 25 years and that can curl like 50KG each hand? I think i've seen a video of u or might've been some1 else who looks like u =p
But can u squat it?
