I have been struggling with the French knot all night! I don't know HOW MANY videos I looked at to show me how to do it RIGHT. This video is a winner! Thanks!
I am so glad that you have shown how to do the french knot. I have my granny's saree (6.5 yards) which she had embroidered with just french knots. This really makes me appreciate the saree and the time she must have put in to do it.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I am 15 and I have just started cross stitching. My mother showed me how. Even though she has been cross stitching for many years, she never could show me how to do the french knot. You have made this clear and easy. Thank you So much!!!!
oh is that all? I have a cross stitch pattern which has illustrations on how to do the french knot in three steps...the first was shown in part one of your vid, and the thicker knot was step two, then it showed the needle going through the knot a third time.
Thank you very much. I've been trying to do a french knot forever, and the text instructions on every website just wasn't working. I really appreciate you posting this. :)
Thank you so much for these, I am doing a cross stitch ( first one ever) of Henry 8th and his wives, and there are a lot of french knots in there. I so grateful to you thank you so much.
I have tried so many times to do a French knot, but after I watched this video, I was finally able to make one! THANK YOU!!
