  • I am so glad that you have shown how to do the french knot. I have my granny's saree (6.5 yards) which she had embroidered with just french knots. This really makes me appreciate the saree and the time she must have put in to do it.

  • oh is that all? I have a cross stitch pattern which has illustrations on how to do the french knot in three steps...the first was shown in part one of your vid, and the thicker knot was step two, then it showed the needle going through the knot a third time.
