@slingshot2427 Oh there is most DEFINITELY an industrial prison complex, in fact you would be shocked to learn just how many white goods and other consumer products are made by prison populations in the US especially. It is, for all intents and purposes, slave labour.

Look in to it and you'll see. I am from rthe UK but since you're from the US it is almost certain you have a product in your house that was made by prisoners, it's a vital part of the US economy.

They don't force inmates to work, but faced with sitting in your cell or building something most would rather build something. Again, I don't see what is so bad about providing the choice.
