@sorry for asking this stupid queston but did"Ahmed" the name you mentioned in this video at 09:05 about who was solid and smart did he really have solid fists the size of heads or is this just a figure of speech sorry for asking this dumb question

@convict2737 Salaam. No problem, its not a silly question :) We were talking about Umar bil Khattab (R.A) who was a very strong and tough and feared companion of the Prophet. His fists weren't literally the size of heads but he was a very big guy. I recommend researching him and inshAllah you will really come to love him (and all of the companions, may Allah be pleased with them all)
