Your really creative, might i suggest though that when you apply coats of the spry you do it in short burst appose to a continuious spray. The paint will stay stronger and should eliminate the cracked thing. wicked cool design though man! Keep it up

thats not how you paint thats why your paint came out craked your suppose to do 1 lite coat wait 30 mins do a stronger coat wait 30 mins and the final coat just spray a bit stronger and wait a day before touching it and the use clear coat paint and always use paint like rustoleum or krylon fusion

The reason the white paint didnt come out right is beacuse it reacted with the other paint. Its best to use the same brand of paints. I learned it the hard way. But nice job, the cracks in the paint make it seem old school.

I think you've done a good job, obviously the paint will rub as expected but you did the right thing clear coating.

And the cracking was most likely because the paint reacted the clear coat. I'm guessing you didn't leave the paint to cure long enough (overnight should dom it), and when the clear hits it causes the paint to shrink (only happens to certain colours white being one).

The cracks happened because you got to close so the paint cracked and lifted. The same thing happened to me when i painted my ps3 controler.

I got the same crackle when I was 8 or 9 years old using grey primer, black spray paint, and then pink spray paint when the black hadn't completely dried but it had dried enough that it didn't get on my fingers when I touched it. It was still kind of sticky and it blended with the pink paint.

the cracks might be if you didnt shake the white can good enough. you should just try to do thin layers and more than just one. and make sure you keep the can at the same distance the whole time so you don't get uneven paint thickness
