With the DCT you're looking at 0-60mph in approx 4.7-4.8s. I own the 335i coupe right now with the same TT N54 engine, and it pulls almost those figures. It's quite the speedy little monster. There are also some very innexpensive tuning chips for these engines that yeild significant power gains (80RWHP+).

Boxster S is definitely the best. But it may depend. If you want a comfortable car maybe go for the z4 but performance wont be as high. If your not into spending a lot of money choose the Boxster over the z4. I personally don't like the Z3 very much and it lacks of technology i think.

No. The roof never finished closing. If you look, the back window never dropped back into place. The back window stacks on top of the roof, so the roof goes up first, then the back window drops back in. They skipped that in the video.

no the z4 has been for a while now, it replaced the z3 a few years back and now they basically gave it a facelift and a couple new engine options plus the hardtop convertible option being that the current z4 came in either a coupe or a soft top convertible.
