Abdel Kader is referring to

Abdul-Qadir Gilani- the Sunni Sufi master and philosopher. So you might hear the word "Sidi" in the song which means master.  I believe the spelling is different due to the pronounciation. A lot of people confuse it with another person by the name of Abdel Khader (of Algeria), but my Algerian friend told me that the lyrics do not refer to him.
