It's the PLOOG on drums! Koppes and MWP are wearing the same things as in the Reptile vid. So this is the same tour for Starfish. Spectacular.

A more obvious clue to the date of this video is the guitar Marty is playing. It's his old RIckenbacker 330s/12, which was stolen from him on this tour, along with, I believe, his black Shergold 12 string. That's why there's no electric 12 string on Gold Afternoon Fix: he literally didn't own one while they were recording it.
